Who we are
Plush Coffee & Soda ("Plush," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at plush.coffee. We are a coffee and soda shop with locations at 1603 Grand Ave, Suite 145A, Billings, MT 59102 and 3092 Gabel Rd, Billings, MT 59102. Our website is built for us by Dynamic Technologies and hosted on Cloudflare.
What this site does not collect
This website has no contact forms, email sign-ups, user accounts or checkout. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or payment details anywhere on plush.coffee. If you email or call us, we use what you send only to reply.
Website analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool run on servers operated by Dynamic Technologies (umami.bedynamic.tech). It records:
- Pages viewed and the site that referred you
- Browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language
- Approximate location (country, region and city), worked out from your IP address
Umami does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not follow you across other websites. We only see totals, such as how many people viewed the menu this week. This data is not sold, rented or shared for advertising.
Cookies and local storage
Plush does not set any cookies or use local storage. The embedded Google Maps described below may set their own cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site will keep working.
Third-party services on this site
Some parts of the site load content from other companies. When they load, your browser connects to their servers, which receive your IP address and basic browser information.
- Google Maps: the maps for our Midtown and West End locations are embedded from Google and load as you scroll to them. Google may collect data and set cookies under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts: the site's typefaces are loaded from Google's font servers. Google states it does not use this to build profiles or set cookies. See the Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
Our menu is a PDF hosted on our own site.
Links to other sites
Gift card links take you to Toast, our point-of-sale provider. Anything you enter there is governed by Toast's Privacy Policy, not ours. We also link to our Instagram and Facebook pages and to our local partners' websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Hosting and security
The site is delivered by Cloudflare. To serve pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical details of each request, such as IP address, requested page, browser and time of request. These details are not used for marketing. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Children's privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data security
The site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable precautions to protect the limited data described here, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
